If a woman tells a man “a man who is too hot is a turn off” (and she confirms that the man she’s saying this to is NOT “too hot”), then she is probably trying to convince that man that “he doesn’t need to worry about her cheating”. On another hand, she could be worried that a more attractive mate creates too much competition for her (she doesn’t want to worry about being cheated on). Either way, she is probably trying to address an insecurity. Either with her mate, with herself, or both.

Huh? I don’t really understand what she means. Maybe she’s afraid that other girls will be looking at him, or maybe it’s even a jokey way to tell you she thinks you’re hot.

As a quick reflex response, instead of looking puzzled and getting into to your head whenever she tells you some cryptic bullshit, remember your frame and stick to it.

The frame is, "shit test all you want baby, I don't know WTF that means ... but it's kind of cute". And the other half of your frame is, "I know you're into me so nobody gives a fuck what "hot" means, later on when I bend you over you can decide."

You don't SAY that, you just think it and believe it "with conviction" as Beckster says. Meaning, give her laser eye contact and a "who gives a fuck" smirk. She'll get it.

A colleague of move swipes the model guys too the left and just says "he is probably arrogant and self centric". So i guess high levels of attractiveness rather play the insecurities rather than attracting.

Its always about insecurity. Thats why women say they prefer dad bods. Its not that they find it attractive, it means that he is less attractive to other women and therefore her possession.

Realistically its why most guys probably prefer to date a loyal 6 or 7 than try and get say an 8.5 that they'd have to work very hard to keep.
