I've been online dating and I know it's a numbers game like everything else, but the rate I get ghosted at is starting to get silly.

Disclaimer: didn't come here for anyone to tell me how bad online dating is

Moving on, I didn't think I was bad at it, but even my openers get zero responses. In the case that I get a number, I'll quickly jump to logistics and get ghosted right after asking them what their schedules looking like.

My looks also are definitely not an issue. I thought for a while it was because most of my photos are from photoshoots, making it look fake.

Do girls not like being asked out over text too quickly? Even when I try to get to know them a bit, small talk isn't fun. How do I push it past that and make it fun, when all I want to do is genuinely get to know a girl a bit before meeting her, or simply meeting her? I'm 23 btw, generally date girls around this age but I've dated 30 to 40 year olds.

Maybe I'm shadowbanned from Tinder. Says I have over 30 girls that swiped right, yet I never, ever match with any, no matter how much I change my search parameters.
