I was a beta male with bad oneitis too. I got out of it one tiny step at a time. First got better clothes. Read "Models" by Mark Manson. Got a decent haircut and scrapped the beard. Got my first pair of nice shoes. Read "The Game". Started acting less needy when I was around my oneitis crush. Read "The Six Pillars of Self Esteem" and "No More Mr Nice Guy". Started to get compliments on my clothes. Read "Emotional Intelligence". Started to be more attentive and fun with my family, then with everyone I met. Read more books on game and watched a bunch of old 21 Convention videos. Started to game my crush a little bit. Read more. Started to game other girls. And so on. It's not a rapid change but it's like an unstoppable ball rolling down a hill. You literally crave to learn more, improve more, and meet more women and game them.

Haven't felt bad or hated myself since the first time a girl took me into a hip store and got my first 2 shirts that don't look like they came from a charity drop box. That's literally the day the ball started rolling.
