I know that each generation goes through a different awakening and my parents cause me more problems than I can count.

My mother is a super stressed woman and has been throughout life, constantly in and out of hospital. Father is a beta male, makes good money luckily but acts as if he is going to fall apart at any moment. He is super cautious and avoids anything dangerous and as you can guess this has somewhat transported over to me and my siblings.

They are immigrants from eastern europe and they do not have many friends or barely any family here in the united kingdom. They cause me much stress, but I feel guilty leaving them in a lurch. They have not been good parents and I have hated them since I can remember. However I still feel like I owe them something.

I just want to move away and never have contact with them, they make me feel like a super beta and invoke extreme anxiety, having to deal with their problems, plus having just graduated, focusing on my life and adapting to working and business life. Its hard man. They know this has caused me extreme anxiety and they have caused me stress through various ways throughout my university degree, I was living at home. They just do not seem to care, they think their problems are bigger, when they literally have nothing to worry about anymore.

Has anyone dealt with these circumstances and if not is there any advice you can offer? Getting to the point where my mind is going to explode.

I am also afraid to move out to a completely different city alone, if I am honest. Thanks in advance guys.
