Interesting question. I (42M) usually “catch” crazy ones after few minutes in a conversation.

I don’t know your story but I think you have nothing to prove to men in general.

That said, good relationships usually grow with steps, so don’t overthink too much ;-)

Just a low sample size observation, but from the years of dating from 14 to 33 I've noticed a general trend to crazier over the years. There's more crazy out there than ever these days (again, small sample size), and men are trained "don't stick your dick in crazy"...

Every human operates from a position of bias when dealing with other people. And it all depends on their past experiences. However, you don't have to "TRY" and prove that you are not crazy. You need to be YOU and see if the other person sees what they want in you. This dance of lies that men and woman do around each other just to be accepted is sad. Because in the end the real you will come out eventually.

Normally you can tell in first couple minutes of interaction. Not only do women have to prove they ain’t crazy in first couple minutes, but men need to prove they ain’t some weirdo. It goes both ways
