For example, if you're extroverted, really good looking, really smart, really fit, masculine, and very assertive, is increasing it better, or is there a point where it becomes too intimidating?

Pretty much, I'm wondering if the level of intimidation should be calibrated based on how approachable you look (the less masculine you look). For example, if you seem too intimidating, to have more approachable personality qualities, and if you look less intimidating, have more intimidating personality qualities (ex. more "in control" personality).

Or is this not the case at all and you should maximise you masculine qualities? I'd appreciate perspectives from you guys with experience out there.
