You have some good points and you’re in the right headspace if you come from marketing.

I think an addition I might add is what kind of woman or man do you want to attract? Write out 30 different qualities or traits you want and the same amount of those traits/qualities you don’t want and simplify them down to 10 traits. 10 wants 10 dislikes. This list becomes your creative brief for your dating profile because people with those behaviors will be attracted to people with those same traits behaviors.

Next step is to get creative like you said, and find ways of showing not telling your audience that you have those traits.

For instance. If I’m looking for someone who’s kind, I wouldn’t say. ” I’m very kind”, because anyone can say that. I want to prove it, so instead I might say.

“Regardless of whether we’re a match always remember that you deserve love. Don’t ever let the ways other people feel about you effect how you feel about yourself.”

A little wordy but you get my point. It shows kindness. Once you’ve written a good bit that includes all of those 10 feelings, use the 50 percent rule. Cut it in half. Or send it to a close friend and have them cut it down. Brevity is really important. Online. People rarely read the whole profile.

Great text is good and all, but no one will read your profile if you don’t hook them with imagery first. HUGE points if you can make your pictures demonstrate those 10 traits about you. Like seriously night and day difference. The reason women love seeing men with dogs in photos isn’t just because dogs are cute, it’s demonstrating that you’re kind and nurturing. It’s showing not telling.

Final simplification: Successful Online dating is two parts:

Show don’t tell your best qualities to get the connection.

Tell don’t ask to get the date.

I liked the photo advice but the rest isn’t very good in my opinion as man who’s successfully slept with and dated many many girls.

The dating profile example was terrible, writing why something might work like that is not good cuz the word might means it hasn’t been tested.

I found what works best is a few humorous details about yourself and things your looking for in a girl in a way that Makes her feel like your describing her. Ultimately your bio will never create attraction only maintain it or raise attraction.

I’ve used a bland bio and got girls cuz if they find you attractive enough they’ll message you and unfortunately that’s just the way it is.

Your bio can increase a girls attraction a tiny bit if she was iffy about you but it has to be fun and feel like it’s speaking to her to do this.

You can try what he wrote as anything might work but I do know what I wrote works as I’ve used it many many times.

You can create more dating profiles if you like won’t hurt but almost all the same girls are on all the same sites they aren’t gonna find you more attractive cuz your on Pof instead of match.

I personally recommend bumble for highest success as the girls have been hotter classier and there’s no bots(at least I haven’t matched with one yet) I think bumble works cuz they aren’t getting bombarded by messages from every single guy that can message them on a Pof or March style site and with a swiping tinder style app they match with every single guy the swipe on (if they are even cute)and their inbox is over messaged and they are overwhelmed. On Bumble they can’t be messaged if they don’t wanna be, they get a reminder before a match is about to expire so if they like you it puts a sense of urgency on the whole thing(they can’t like you but leave you matched and forget about you after a few days unless they message you first) The app forcing them to reach out first is also a direct sign of high interest and puts them as the one chasing right off the bat.

All the photo info was very solid though.
