You know, I'll get a comment or two on my posts talking about how this subreddit has went from talking about seduction to talking about self-improvement and it's said like self-improvement is a bad thing. These people who say this want to learn pick up artist techniques and DHV tactics. What better way to demonstrate high value than do it without telling people and bragging about it.

I was watching a video from Donovan Sharpe and he said that a woman discovering your achievements is more powerful than telling a woman about your achievements.

For example, instead of him telling her, "I know Jay Z. We were watching the game courtside just last week", he can be speaking to someone at a gathering, and tell that person, "Shawn (Jay Z's real name is Shawn Carter), I want you to meet my date." The look on her face would be priceless!

So what does this have to do with frame control? A lot of times frame control is all about the "poker face". Most men bluff their way through dating. If they can keep a straight face because the woman doesn't really know what "cards" they're holding, these men bluff their way into the bedroom.

If you want to have an unshakable frame, you want to have "a good hand". This is why you want to focus on getting your shit together.

"I always hear women say 'get your shit together', what does that really mean"?

I wrote a post called Bring Women Into YOUR World, Don’t Try To Get Into Hers. When you bring women into your world, they will respect and admire you more than trying to get into her world. This is why it's very important to get your shit together.

The way you want to get your shit together is to be mentally/emotionally strong, physically strong, and financially strong. As a man, you always want to have your shit together. Not just to get women either. Your words hold weight when you have your shit together. Because you have a "good hand".

Mentally/Emotionally Strong: Intelligent, creative, aware of surroundings and people's emotions, not easily phased. You are not afraid of loss because you know you have the power to gain and get something equally or greater the next time around. You have an abundance mentality

Physically strong: Masculine physique, good health, and can defend yourself and protect others. A man who is physically strong is usually a deterrent to danger. If shit goes down, he can either defend himself/others, or get out of the situation with minimal damage.

Financially strong: Having money to pay your bills, Have money in case of an emergency, have money to make you more money, and have money to have fun and enjoy life.

Wanna know why unattractive men with money are confident? Because they know that money can get them access to a lot of things they want in life. This includes young, attractive women. This doesn't mean paying for hookers either. Young attractive women, just like young men, lack skills to make a lot of money. The advantage young, attractive women have is they can get men to spend money on them. This is why hot young women will be seen in exotic places with wealthy men.

Wanna know why physically strong men are confident? They know that women are attracted to strong, masculine physiques. You don't have to look like the hulk, but when you pack on a decent amount of muscle and can knock a muthafuckah out if you need to, women will feel protected around you. A lot of women like danger and excitement without being in danger themselves. This is why you'll see MMA fighters and bouncers dating women who look like they're either strippers or porn stars--some of the most physically attractive women you could fuck.

Wanna know why men who are mentally/emotionally strong are so confident? Out of all three of these things, men who are emotionally/mentally strong are the most attractive. A man can get 6 pack abs and win the lottery, however, if they are not mentally or emotionally strong, they lose it all. When you are mentally/emotionally strong, you make women feel more secure in the relationship. However, she knows that if she happens to fuck up in the relationship, this man can replace her because he is not afraid of loss and he can replace what he lost with something or someone better.

When you have your shit together, a lot of opportunities will come your way. You'll notice that out of all of those opportunities, women will be more of a bonus than the actual prize itself. You get your finances in order you can buy a nice car, live in a beautiful house, travel to exotic places, and do things you couldn't do when you didn't have the funds. The bonus: You'll meet beautiful women along the way or you'll let beautiful women come along for the ride with you on these exotic trips or fun events.
