First off, stop calling yourself a fucking loser, girls find that stuff pathetic and even if you don’t say it straight up they can clue in on that off how you act. Second hit the gym, it makes you more attractive and boosts confidence. And lastly just realize that rejection means nothing, if you get rejected literally nothing in your life changes (assuming it’s just a random girl not a friend or coworker) so don’t be afraid of her saying no. Don’t take it personally either as people have different types and/or they could be in a bad mood. And lastly treat it as training, you’re training to be good at talking to women so don’t expect to pull chicks instantly, you gotta build your way up. Best of luck to you man and you have plenty of time to self improve. I was super skinny at 17 but 2-3 years of sports and working out and I’ve come a long way.

Just go for it and be nice! I’m a 18 year old girl and I can’t speak for all girls, but if a guy came up to me, even if he was very shy/embarrassed, and was just nice, told me he thought I was cute and wanted to say hi, I would like it a lot! Even if you get nervous you should just go for it, say hi and be sweet :)

Confidence.

How do you gain confidence if you don't have it? Easiest way is to lift weights, put on 15 lbs of muscle and it's pretty much automatic.

Then get some cool clothes, a nice haircut, fix your teeth if they're jankity, get the money up in the bank account, have a decent ride.

That's the most straightforward way. There are various 'mental' ways to psych yourself up and to gain some confidence (inner game methods), but I imagine these are much harder to truly internalize.

Takes a bit of time to put on muscle, but it's worth it.

It's very very common to be a KV at 17. I was, and i bet many on this forum were at the time.
