Don't stop, keep going. You should be thrilled because you're making huge strides as regards your own health. Be confident in yourself because you look great and keep striving for improvement in the other areas of your life. Have you learned to drive, for example? Do you have a job or can you make improvements in your studies? The more you improve, the easier women will be.

As for your interactions with women, are you approaching many or are you after one or two who just might not like you? Regardless of how built or successful you are, not everyone is going to be attracted to you, that's just life.

The only true way you can determine your self-worth is through your own personal success, not just with women but in all your endeavours. You have no control over other people so you cannot base your self-worth on them.

Women come and go in life. Keep approaching and do not base your value on how they react. Whether they drop to their knees and suck your cock there and then or tell you fuck off, you keep doing what you're doing. If a women can't see how great you are then that's her problem and it's the next girl's lucky break.

BUILD YOURSELF. Not just physically, but mentally. Learn. Get a good job. Make money. Secure your future. This needs to be your focus.

How long have you been working at this? Unless you already had many of the skills trp recommends, this is easily a year process. More if you have extreme counter issues, like social anxiety disorder'diagnosed " or obesity, autism spectrum, etc. Massive debt.

You need to measure progress in a hard metric. Numbers. Write down a journal each week and keep pushing. Don't count the successes first count the attempts. "10 approached this week, fifteen the next, twenty the next and I got two numbers!" Etc.

You're doing something wrong.

Make friends with other lifters in the gym who get laid. Go out to bars/clubs with them and observe and emulate their behaviors.

There is no way you're using the TRP techniques correctly. Perhaps you think you are, but we all have different interpretations of how to do the behaviors.

TRP is like an online course. You're studying by yourself and you're trying to understand what the material implies. It is much easier to learn if you have some mentors to guide you through it. Make friends with alphas, and observe what they do. Observe how it works out for them too.

If all else fails, take a picture of your six-pack and another of your back muscles and make a profile on Tinder. I can almost guarantee that you will have a harem of women if you play your cards right. Read "Models" by Mark Manson.

You keep running around looking for someone to tell you that you are good enough or worth something, it won't happen. If you are not your biggest cheerleader, no one on this planet will be. So just improve yourself women will come you are 19, go to college/trade school and find some group hobbies.
