One of the most unattractive qualities a man can have is neediness.
Neediness shows up in many ways, but often it shows up in the forms of seeking validation, approval, and acceptance from others - at basically any cost.
You know, he's oftentimes called the stereotypical "nice guy."
He's the guy at work who's is always looking for someone else's approval before he takes action on something he already knows he should be doing.
He's the guy who literally never disagrees with anyone, even when you could tell he thinks the exact opposite of the people around him.
He's the "yes man" or the guy who's always doing things he doesn't want to or agree with in order to be validated and accepted by others.
We all know him, and some of us, whether we want to admit it or not, might actually be him.
And what's the most common rebuttal from these guys when confronted on this subject?
"Oh, I just don't like confrontation."
Or "There's just no need to say how I feel if everyone is just going to disagree with me anyways."
Here's the truth: this kind of man will NEVER attract high-quality women into his life.
Women want a man who is sure of himself.
A man who is unapologetically who he is, regardless of what others think or what they want him to be.
If they don't find it in one guy, believe me, they'll keep on looking.
If any of you are struggling with being the "nice guy," or constantly find yourself acting like one, I highly recommend you check out the book "No More Mr Nice Guy" by Robert Glover.
Also, becoming more in tune with your sense of masculinity and your personal development will help greatly in this area.
