I've been going hard with cold approaching and meeting random women since July and despite me being a happier person that isn't relying on external validation to feel good, I'm not getting any results to make me more confident and am getting rejected A LOT. The good is that I'm more secure and accepting of myself, care a lot less about what people think/don't need approval or validation from others, and take things less personally from people and can deal with assertive personality types better. I also am willing to fail and get rejected countless times just to get a date, start having sex again, and to improve. The bad is it just feels like I'm still unattractive to women despite my best efforts. I feel uncomfortable with anxiety talking to women but try to accept it and deal with it better. I recently learned my flirting game was too hard and direct, I've had women leave the moment it went from friendly conversation to me being flirty/sexual, so I learned I need to be more subtle and less serious flirting, it's hit or miss but I'm learning. Since I moved to Nashville a year ago, it's been constant rejection and only two phone numbers with no dates. I go out alone all the time because I don't have friends to hang out with and haven't attracted women to go out, but I'm social and outgoing every week and have accepted it's ok to go it alone. I haven't let poor results get me down and go the gym every week, learn Spanish, and am playing guitar again. I'm 32 and feel like my lack of status is hurting me ie: lack of friends and social circle, so am relying completely on cold approach and meeting random women at events and public places for game. I have my own apartment with a nice job but live paycheck to paycheck. Socially, I'm trying to improve but I have problems commanding a room and getting other's attention. I realize I'm not good naturally socially but am trying to make up for it. I'm just wondering how many rejections will I have to keep going through before I see results?
