I think it goes without saying that it doesn’t matter how smooth your lines or your moves are, if they’re not calibrated with the situation and the feedback from the girl they’re going to absolutely backfire catastrophically.

The times I’ve had the best results are the times when I actually didn’t feel that I was implementing any pick up literature... I was just being in the moment and letting that guide my behaviour.

Yeah maybe I missed an opportunity to escalate here and there because I should have sexualised the conversation more or included more physical touch there blah blah, but hey maybe in doing so I would’ve blown my composure completely and never even gotten their number?

At this stage I’m not sure how to really apply anything I read here without feeling like I’m pulling myself out of the moment and getting caught in my head.

Has anyone else had this issue?
