I notice this when doing daygame at the store. If you get close enough to girls (or people in general) they will have a tendency to drift away. Such as when in the isles. I think they are just giving you personnel space out of respect.

This is natural behavior, although it can be a little frustrating if your psyching yourself up to talk to someone and they simply walk away. It makes it harder for shy guys to approach if they hesitate or hover around them a little bit before talking to them.

Just something I noticed. Sometimes you need to inspect them first to see if they are up to snuff or if they have any wedding/engagement rings. But you should keep a fair enough distance in the meantime. Once your ready step into the "drifting zone" and commit to the set 100%.
