You already doing push/pull in your day to day life. Few examples:

You alternate between doing exercise and resting.

You alternate between eating and not eating.

You alternate between talking and listening.

And so on.

Apply the same concept in your dating life.

Alternate between showing and not showing attention.

Alternate between texting and not texting.

Alternate between kissing and not kissing.

Here is the formula:

Alternate between doing <something pleasurable>, not doing <the same thing>.

Basically don't be to one side of the relationship spectrum. Don't be a cuck and constantly text her all the time and smother her. You need to be able know when you have shown too much attention so that you can pull back. You want to push in the beginning and love bomb in a way and then slowly take that away AKA Pull. This will leave the person wanting or questioning what is happening and come after you. Of course this is in my experience and you have to know the person and their thresholds.

People in this thread are just making up answers. The term push pull has a specific meaning. It is a flirting technique. And for the record, I think it is a overrated and it only works when done in a fun, joking way.

It means to emotionally push a person away and pull them in. The classic way to do this is to give a compliment (the pull) and then say something uncomplimentary (the push). For example "You know so much movie trivia! What is it like to be such a nerd?".

The theory behind this is that it tugs a person's emotions every which way. Supposedly women find it mysterious and they can't tell if you are attracted to them so it drives them wild. I think this explanation is BS. It's just a good technique for giving someone a friendly roast. It's one of thousands of ways that you can tease a woman or have playful banter with her.

It's good to know but not the Holy Grail of attraction that some people make it out to be.

Hi!! Idk if there's an official answer, but here's what I think. Pretend we are on a date, okay? I like ice cream, so let's go get some.

PUSH Goal: make your heart race, make you feel flustered and maybe even slightly shocked.

Methods: I'm small, bubbly, and am more in the "adorable" category than sexy. So for me, being directly sexual can have this effect. Also, playfully teasing can work here too. I love to play up innocence, so that might mean accidentally letting my ice cream drip onto my chest and acting SUPER embarassed about it. The way to turn it into a push, though, is to give you eyes that communicate "I'm putting on a show for you." Maybe a little troublemaker grin.

PULL Goal: draw you in, encourage you to make a move. I pushed, I strongly hinted that I'm aroused, now I want to communicate to you that it's your turn.

Methods: definitelyyyyy letting the body language do the talking here. I can go ahead and just give away my playbook, but I would likely bite my lip and hold eye contact with a bit of a nervously excited expression, and then blush and look away. In my case, that's the actual natural response because I'm pretty submissive and shy, so when I "pull", I'm trying to pull in someone dominant. Someone who sees that innocent, shy girl and wants to teach her all the naughty thinks she never knew she liked.
