Be the better man. Improve yourself. If she’s more interested in someone else then accept that and move on. Use that for motivation, but be cautious. It’s not, “I’m going to improve myself to get her, or some other women”, but instead is, “maybe I can make myself more attractive (in line with what I really value and want) to have better chances with women.” Some women are just not going to be attracted to us regardless.

Also, action and being vulnerable are key. If you can express how you feel about her, and make here passionate, then it’s probably easier to compete. Those are skips that need improvement over time though.

Don't stress over things you can't control. You can't control how a girl feels about you or how she views other guys. You can control on you present yourself to her and how you approach her. Always put your best effort in with a girl you really want and if she chooses another guy you most on. The last thing you want is to be the second option.

If a girl is decent looking, atleast a 7 or 8 then there will be competition and guys want to fuck her. If you're thinking this hard about one single girl, you're coming from a scarcity mindset, this means you don't have any other options. Women want a guy who other women want to fuck and other men want to be. Don't be another orbiter in her life who gives free attention to her in hopes of getting some pussy someday, you're never gonna she just loves attention from all these guys. I understand you like this girl, ask her out sometime, "Hey, do you want to get together and hang out over coffee?" Go to Starbucks for the first date. If she says yes, then there is a chance she's interested in you because you have the balls to ask her out, if she declines your invitation that means you're just not her cup of tea, It's totall okay. She just wants your free attention, don't give it to her, other guys are already doing it. If she declines your invite, cut her off coz she's just gonna waste your time. To come out on top of this is easy. I do it all the time it always works but it’s just the way I am. You can’t get jealous or be phased. Just do you, don’t try to fit in and don’t pay it any attention when she talks to other guys. When you get jealous or try to impress her to win her attention back, u basically lost at that point. If you want a girls attention dont give her any attention at all. The woman is always going to choose the guy that isn’t trying too hard

Depends on the other guy.

If he is beta you can just dominate him. Eventually he will retreat himself.

If he is another alpha, then you can throw shit tests to him. Like "So, where is your gf?". Or, "Wow, you both would be such a cute couple". Etc. If he won't pass, those tests, then he will be devalued.
