Plenty of advice my man.

Don't agree with something she says to not try to rock the boat. For example: If she tells you that she likes avocado toast and you think it's disgusting, feel free to tell her. You can even playfully tease her about it. This shows her that you're not seeking her approval and you're confident in yourself.
Don't focus on a specific outcome of the date. This helps you act in a way so that you can focus on whatever skill you're working on. Are you working on making better eye contact? Are you working on physical escalation? This is more of a psychological aspect. Use it to learn what works and what doesn't work for you.
Lead the date to a place where you can be intimate. Are you constantly in areas with a lot of people, like one of those stool tables next to a dance floor, or are you in a bar with a booth somewhere out of the direct line of sight of a majority everyone? Take note of where you're at, and what would draw attention.

Stop trying to get “her” to be very attracted to you, and start trying to be very attractive. This includes: putting effort into your appearance (gym, style, grooming), being ambitious and working towards something you want, becoming confident and hopefully charismatic.

You’re only talking to one woman. Thats the problem already because you want “her” to be insanely attracted to you. I’ve been there. She didn’t want anything to do with me and I was the prize. Stacked, house, great job, but I didn’t escalate. I waited too long and then a real blue flame special moved in. He still lives at home, making entry wage, and still in school.
