Does anyone have a template they use? Or a paper planner they like? What is the best way to document for court?

I’m trying to keep up with the shit that she lets her boyfriend do to the kids but it happens faster than I can record it all and I want to have dates, etc so she gets her ass handed to her self in court.

I have a son and a daughter and I just need to take care of them and this “documentation” has to be easier than I make it I guess.
