It’s a biological fact, gotta have a uterus to carry a baby inside your body during gestation. So, it’s a woman’s right to choose to do with her own body. Of course! Absolutely! Trust me, don’t no body give a fuck about any part of your body. You can have your uterus pierced, get it tattooed, have it surgically removed and sell it in Mexico. You parents are about the only people who will attempt to talk you out of it. Fact is, if you’re considering violently and painfully ripping an unborn baby from the womb and tossing the now dead body into the trash, because it feels liberating, then no one has the least bit of concern for your body. Least of all, you.
So, babies spontaneously combust in the belly of all women. It’s a completely natural process that requires nothing but a uterus, correct? The planets align in such a way and BAM uteri all across the globe suddenly got baby’s growing, correct?
No? Are you sure, because I’m pretty sure I can hear the feminists screaming “my body, my choice” and “having an abortion is a Constitutional Right”. I can’t remember which amendment was the abortion amendment. So, lemme get this straight, there is an amendment that grants us the right to have and to hold together forever till death do We the People part with firearms, but nothing in the Constitution giving a green light on the most inhumane genocide in human history?
Now, that I have your attention, let’s get to the bottom of why the very practice of abortion is unconstitutional.
When the very second that the sperm and egg combine, a process begins. The egg is no longer an egg. The sperm is no longer sperm. Now, it’s a cell with a DNA that doesn’t match the body’s DNA this process is happening in. My first question would be “how can a part of a body have a different DNA”? Biologically, it can’t. That means, the moment the sperm and egg combined a new life exploded into existence INSIDE her body. This new life is not all of her or him, but rather half of both. That means….. Life begins at conception. So like it or not ladies, the father has parental rights over that child. If you intentionally hurt or kill y’all’s baby, you can be charged because you don’t have the right to violate his parental rights. But…. But…. But…. Incest and rape and medical necessity…. Those are cop outs to get your foot in the door. Medical necessity is always mandatory. Keep in mind, if those were the only abortions performed, then there would not be any opposition. This can actually be solved very quickly. The decision to become pregnant was made when consent was given. Legally, this makes mother and father’s equal. I bet that wasn’t the equality Alyssa Milano had in mind. That way you can have your rape victims but now Father’s rights aren’t awarded by the mother. I did say the practice of abortion is unconstitutional, didn’t I? Since scientifically it’s undeniable that life begins at conception, and the unborn isn’t not a part of the mother’s body, but a new human in’side her body. Father has established rights. That means the unborn child is also endowed by the creator with certain inalienable rights, which include the right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness…. I dying to hear a rebuttal to that argument that will hold up in court.
