I'm in my 3rd months, and I feel great, I have a kid, I'm in the battle of negotiations and courts, but I seperated it from my own life. My own life has Self improvement, reading, gym, healthy diet, no alchohol from the first day. My self improvement contais youtube podcast, Alpha Men (everything about it).
