Long story short. It's pretty much a female version of MGTOW. But feminists are saying this is a reaction towards the strong misogyny women are dealing with in South Korea. Men have also created a group similar to this movement called 4G instead. But women are mocking that group and making jokes about it. The YouTuber actually use the dumb oppressor vs oppressed dichotomy I talked about in the last post in the video. Comparing the male version of this group to all lives matter. Saying the oppressors aren't original.

Funny she says the oppressors aren't original because they always have to copy the oppressed. But the true male equivalent is MGTOW. And MGTOW predates this group. And then women made their own version called WGTOW. So yeah her point is a bit ironic lol.

But women hate for the male equivalent goes more deeper than just misogyny though. It's not like these women are saying the male equivalent is unnecessary because men are not oppressed. They are actually going out of their way to say the male equivalent will never work. Because men are too sex craze. It's the stereotype of the horny man.

And you can also combine this with the stereotype of women are wonderful too. Saying there is no good reasons for men to not want to be with the angelic women. And of course you get the usual feminist homophobia targeted at straight men (cough cough Bisexual men too). Making fun of the men by using gay as an insult to target their masculinity. Saying "oH tHeSe gUys jUsT wAnT tO sLeEp wItH dUdEs haha".

So interesting how a group like this is empowerment and standing up to misogyny when it comes to women decentering men in their lives. But men are mock when they are decentering women in their lives. They are called closeted gay men, or told they are two horny/lustful. I believe there are two reasons why there is always a push back towards the male equivalent.

1: Of course number 1 reason being the women are wonderful halo effect. Women are so wonderful. So why would men ever want to decenter from them. Of course this stereotype of the "wonderful woman" is downplaying the negatives experiences men have with women when it comes relationships, marriages, and rigid gender roles.

2: The male equivalent also go against the status quo of men being expected to be the providers or protectors. You can't have this in a society where men are decentering women in their lives. And the interesting thing here is that these women seem to know that. Which is why they try use the stigma with homophobia towards gay men as a weapon to keep straight men I'm check.

(A bit of a tangent here. Hence why the trope of female characters seducing male characters is so popular in the media. And even consider female empowering in feminist media too. Because women know they can control men with sex. That's the power they have over men. Despite them saying this is not true at all. While also saying men are sex craze freaks who obsessed with women. So women can use this as an advantage. Make it make sense please as the kids say today. Again they usually use these arguments when it's convenient)

I have barely any issues with a group like this for women. But one issue I have with groups like these for women. Is these groups tend to get paradoxical real quick.

1: One minute you are independent girl boss who doesn't need her farther to walk her down in the wedding because of patriarchy. The next minute you are complaining about your father not paying for the wedding, despite that also being patriarchy too.

2: One minute you are independent girl boss who doesn't need a man. But you ever find yourself in a dangerous situation. But the next minute you will still except men to be heroes that protect you. And you will them cowards or "pussies" if they fail to live up to that standard.

3: One minute you are independent girl boss who don't want men to talk to you at all in public, the workplace, or at the gym. But the next minute you are complaining about men not approaching you anymore or interacting with you anymore.

Again a movement like this for women is fine. But these women tend to usually want to have it both ways. They want the cool rights and autonomy that comes with a feminist world. But they also still want to keep the the princess treatment or special treatment they had in the old traditional world.

This is why this moment is going to fail. This cheery picking will affect men the most. And they wont put up with this in the future.

The only way this movement don't fail. Is they would actually have get rid of all gender roles. And become advocates for gender abolishment. Which they won't. Especially when it comes to male gender roles. Because that's too radical for even your most hardcore feminists

In conclusion.

This movement is designed to fail because the paradoxical views society has towards gender roles when it comes to women.
