So I finally have the new hearing for the CPO tomorrow and my lawyer informed me earlier this week that it would be better to make a deal where I am able to get my second amendment rights and the alcohol restrictions removed then risk this shitty ass magistrate screwing me over again. Not that I care to see my ex ever again and I’ve come to accept the fact that she has turned my step kids against me so that door is closed but coming to grips with agreeing to a CPO against me for five years is a hard one to take on the chin. I will be moving away from here once the divorce is finalized. So it’s not that big a deal I guess. Hopefully Monday, I finally get my vehicles back in my clothes and some of my other things. To bring you guys up to speed I was homeless for two months. after she had me removed from the house, of course she moved her boyfriend in shortly after and I haven’t had a chance to get any of my stuff since I literally left the house with a backpack worth of clothes and a laptop. I haven’t driven a vehicle in 6 1/2 months. The final hearing is in August so hopefully I’ll get the rest of my stuff sometime in September. I feel quite confident and saying I will never get married ever again and I don’t think trust in relationship is something I’ll ever see again.
