The lawyer I had for my divorce, did the bare minimum and screwed it up on several key points. Now I’m going into having to file a contempt motion for my ex holding onto 10 grand in of my stuff. This puts me at a wonderful position of it, not being big money, but it’s not nothing either. I’m a disabled veteran and on a fixed income because of it so letting go of a bunch of stuff that had huge sentimental value as well as key tools, and equipment that I had worked hard to find good deals on really sucks. I’ve been trying to find a new lawyer for months and the whole process just aggravates the fuck out of me. I’m outside of Columbus Ohio by about 45 minutes if anybody has an adjusted Lawyer to go with. But mainly, I’m just venting because the whole legal community that I’ve had interactions with have been pretty crap.
