I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything. I mainly have just been waiting for things to happen. The magistrate involved with my CPO has literally been sitting on multiple motions that I filed on the eighth of last month just for a window to go get some of my stuff And my emotional support dog. However, I filed a bunch of objections after the full CPO hearing. The judge that oversees, the magistrate finally issued a ruling on my objections. He granted three out of the four objections that I made, and chastised the magistrate for the way he conducted the hearing, but of course, the biggest news of all is that I’ve been granted a new hearing, and I actually have a lawyer willing to represent me in the hearing. I have clear proof that she lied in the initial hearing along with a lot more clear evidence Of her motivations for getting the CPO. That being that she was digging herself a financial hole about to be charged with credit card fraud, and identity theft and polish it all off moved her boyfriend in two days after having me removed from the house. And then, of course, next month in the divorce proceeding, she’s going to have to answer for 2 contempt of court motions that I filed she’s been court ordered to do at least one mediation session where we split the fee 50-50 150 apiece.
