I recently started a new job. I have a a rather attractive Serbian looking manageress. She touches my arm fairly often. I noticed today she touched the inside of my arm near the bicep unnecessarily. My gut sense is she is flirting, what do you guys think.

For the record I would bang and probably won't be at this job long.
