Title says it. I know it’s a two party state. She won’t say it over text but she says she will “disappear with the kids” or “leave the country with the kids and go off the grid” if I file for divorce. She’s also told me she will say “whatever it takes” to get custody, I am terrified of a false allegation as I do have an arrest 5 years ago (nothing happened with it).

I know CA is a two party state but is there an exception for this?? It seems like no but wanted to check
