For 1.5 years during our separation I have asked her to get her own car insurance. In this time she has had 2 accidents and a speeding ticket... My ins is going up 700 per year because of her.. I am at my wits end.. truck is in my name bought before marriage.. I do not want to take away her only vehicle but I feel it is the best thing to do.. she will not get insurance.. without it the truck being in my name can get me in trouble.. I plan to get it towed to my house.. already have it set up I just have to make a call.. any thoughts?? We are still going through the long and miserable divorce process..
