It’s great that the sex-based discrimination claim stood because that’s all he needs to win the case.

The case has racial undertones in nature... Its shown throughout history that blk ppls hair styles are a point of contention for every other race involved bc of the propaganda and disenfranchising of our specific group of ppl. We have always been targeted for the most miniscule "infractions" on society. There is plenty of evidence that supports this along w many other laws to make it difficult for blk ppl to exist in social spaces.

This is why I encourage u guys to stop using terms like "woke" and "dei" bc conservatives have taken these words to coop them into term referring to blk ppl w/o having to specifically say it's abt blk ppl. A lot of these attacks on us will eventually be shifted onto u in the future but if we can recognize it as it happens then we can stomp it out while promoting mens rights through an intersection avenue that helps us all. A nation is only as free as its most marginalized group imo
