I got custody of my son. I won the custody case without much fanfare. But was prepared to present the fact my son didn't have clean clothes to wear, didn't have food sometimes, and was left home without supervision for multiple days. All of that has been fixed now.

I think it works in my favor sometimes. Women do hit on me a lot and offer to help with things.

Wasn't there an article about how a lot of women said their husbands were better cooks and I think it was 19% of women can't even boil an egg?

Here's the plot of a new sitcom for that balanced organisation (/s), the BBC. "Gemma is a life-long feminist, convinced of female superiority. Then, her car gets a flat tyre, and Malcolm tells her to fix it herself. That day, the recovery mechanic does the same thing. Strangely, her plumber and builder also tell her to do one, they've had enough of women's nonsense. Eventually, she has to find competent feminist services. Except that she has to wait decades for these to be invented. It takes that amount of time for Gemma to realise that men and women have complementary roles as human beings, with individual specialist skills, and that nothing will be achieved by quotas and enforced 'equity'."

But, by then, it's too late. She's hitting 45 and hasn't reproduced. Her father, Malcolm is dead, and she's still paying the mortgage, by herself, in her poky flat, which remains in a state of utter disrepair.
