I am in the same boat. The other commenters suggest no porn and low T. I know full well that isn't the case for me as I have had my T tested and I keep masterbation to next to nil.

It really isn't worth it. I have bedded my decent share throughout my life so it's not that I can't do it. The idea of spending money (even if it is just on me), alpha up and make her chase me, shooting down shit tests just so I have a warm hole to fuck sounds exhausting. In the end that hole is attached to an entitled cc rider that just wants to drain my resources. Not worth it.

That's fine. But you'll get the occasional text from girls who are after you. Just tell them what you're doing, even if it's lame. If they want to show up, great. If not, who cares. But if she starts rubbing up on you and giving IOIs, just take her some place and fuck her. Zero chase. Zero effort.

I once had a buddy that came over to my place to work on his car. We were actually watching TV (procrastinating) when the doorbell rings. He goes, "oh yeah, that's [some girl]" - at the time I was like, wtf, why would you invite her here? but he basically did what I'm telling you to do. He didn't put any time or energy into her. But when she contacted him, he was honest about the (boring) thing he was doing, and she actually got dressed up and came to him.

Then she sat around drinking my beer, and they left together.

If you're not enjoying the chase, then don't do it. Life's too short to waste it on something you don't like. This is probably just a phase, or just the result of you not currently knowing any women that really interest you. At some point in the future, you'll feel like doing it again and you will.
