Morning fellas. I am in need of a divorce attorney. I have been married to my stbx for 21 years and am at my breaking point. She is a master manipulator and if things don't go her way, she starts a loud argument. It gets to the point I bait myself in arguing because I can't get any peace by staying quiet. She starts these vulgar laced arguments in front of our 3 daughters and behind my back, play the victim game and cries to them. I tried to explain the situation to them but they have already concluded that I am the villain. She considers yelling at them discipline and when I try to punish them for their actions, she argues with me about it and does not support my decisions. My stbx makes 6 figures and has taken about $20,0000 out of her 401k to do God knows what and borrowed against her 401k as well. Her credit has always been in the lower 600s because she misuse credit and money There are more than I can rant about but for time sake, I will put those rants to the side; however, I am in a conundrum in deciding a lawyer that can be aggressive enough to put it to my stbx like men would be held responsible if the shoe was on the other foot.
