Hello folks, Need help understanding the process - what is the documentation and steps involved in transfer of the title (matrimonial home) from me (husband) to the STBX (and have me removed from the title).

Background: We have agreed on everything and the separation agreement is ready waiting to be signed/witnessed. My STBX is buying me out and appears to have arranged for money from the bank (mortage) and a private lender (because she didn't qualify for the entire mortgage amount directly from the bank).
