You ask her "How long have you been working here" after she replies say "do you like it?" and make some more small talk for a little bit. Then ask for her number and say "I'd love to take you out sometime."

Text her back that same night and try to make plans to meetup for dinner.

Check google for when the store is the least busy, show up then. You could ask her for recommendations about smokes, which smoke is best, and - seeing how she responds to you - casually change the subject into good coffee, that you've had a cup at name-of-local-place that was really good. If you afterwards ask her whether she likes coffee, she'd know that you're hitting on her, but she wouldn't know that you know that she knows. Thus it wouldn't be awkward to show up again if you don't get a positive reply. Best of luck, bro.

One time my friend just openly asked the cashier when she ends her shift so he can take her out, after exchanging just a few words before and she agreed. Some guys suggest to pass the note if she may be too embarassed about the proposition. In general, flirting during her job hours may be very problematic, you should read the room how far you can go with your conversation. Usually you can conduct casual banter, maintain eye contact, smile, use proper voice tone, give her some time to check you out. Then you can figure out how to ask her to spend some time outside her work hours, you would rather not make your moves as a customer.
