I'm 30m and work in the kitchen of a large gas station/convenience store. This girl 21f who works out front at the registers has, in my opinion shown interest. I catch her looking at me a couple times a day. Once she's opened up and become comfortable she's consistently started conversation. She has broken the touch barrier multiple times. Purposely hit me with her arm or something she's carrying like foam cups. She laughs at my jokes even when they're stupid. She's a big shit talker so her and I banter a lot. For example she'll ask me if I'm even working or just slacking off. She has a dirty mind. For example our freight got delivered today. I brought her a box for her department and asked her where should I put it? She said don't say that, implying that I meant it sexually. We've had multiple conversations that go this way. I have asked her out. She initially explained she's a homebody and doesn't get out much. That she bails on people. Then her response to going out with me, was literally "hehehe no 😅". I have accepted that and treated her as usual. Just being friendly and still bantering. My question is, is this flirting without intent to go further? Or she's interested. She's obviously shown no interest in my suggestion of spending time together. I've also learned to not listen to what women say and pay attention to what they do. Hence my conflict.
