1st I know this isn't a space for legal advice just looking for opinions I suppose.

I'm at the mediation point in my divorce. Neither my wife or I are currently using an attorney. I left & I filed for divorce but I was hoping we'd reconcile - that didn't happen. At this point I'm walking away w/ joint debt from the IRS & state taxes & letting her keep a house we bought together ( I'm not on the mortgage, but I am on the deed) & I also didn't ask for any thing to be split - ie: her investments, 401k, retirement etc. I'm considering rescinding the mediation agreement and trying to fight for her to buy me out of the house & to try to split the tax debt.

My question: do you think I'd have a fighting chance of getting that w/o an attorney? I can't afford the retainer and in GA there aren't any resources for men. For context we bought the house in 2021 for 197k it's now worth almost 300k. The IRS debt is from joint filings 7k, GA tax is almost 2k. It's primarily because I was a 1099 & the money saved to pay taxes at the end of the yr was spent on other things.

Added in case it matters: I cheated the entire time; she was aware prior to our marriage & throughout. (MY INFIDELITY IS NOT THE PRIMARY REASON FOR THE DIVORCE,) My wife & I did NOT have a sex life - she ended up telling me she was Asexual, I guess not really into sex. Other than that everything w / us was perfect. I moved out so she's been paying the mortgage on her own.

Any thoughts are appreciated. TIA
