Had what I think was a great first date with this girl, except for one aspect. Everything was going good we were vibing on the beach, eventually I made my move and went for the kiss. She seemed really into it at first and we kissed for 30-45 seconds. After that she stopped and continued to lay on me while we looked at the stars. She didn't seem to want to continue after that. The date ended an hour or so later and we kissed again as we said goodbye, at first she seemed awkward hugging me goodbye, but then I went in for the kiss and she reciprocated for a little. When I got home she texted me thanking me for the date and saying she had a great night with a smiley face.

Extra info: she did tell me before we kissed as we started getting close and hugged up, that she is slow to romance, also when we set the date up, she said it was a rule that she doesn't go to someone's house (I think she meant for the first date)

My question is...was I a bad kisser (technique/breath)? Or am I overthinking and she's just taking it slow? Or is it something else?
