I have a GAL in my case and they are recommending every other weekend ( friday to Monday morning) and one week night. I have been told I could have two additional dinners that might turn into overnights. Did anyone have a GAL enter an order like that during the case? We still live together and the GAL wants us separated which is the main cause of this. Now GAL says she wants to see whether I can handle the routine.

Did anyone get forced to sign a temporary parenting plan when the is no order of protection? The GAL just decided you need to separate? I know I am being bullied, but I don’t know how to take a temporary order considering the opposing counsel has already put in writing that 50/50 during the summer is accepted…
