I am a skinny guy working in an MNC company. I don't know if this is an issue, but whenever I see a girl I like-whether it's her looks or something else-l start imagining how I will approach her. I even plan to approach her again later if I don't get the chance right away.
However, the next day or whenever I see her again, my interest in her suddenly disappears. Somehow, I always find excuses to avoid approaching her, which feels like a pattern of self-sabotage.
I also have this problem where I feel the urge to approach girls who I find cute or beautiful, but I always wait for the "right" moment. Excuses like:
Maybe she's busy.
• What if she shouts at me and everyone thinks I'm a creep?
Am I even good enough to approach her?
• I'll just approach her next time because I'm in a hurry now.
At night, when I'm about to sleep, I start fantasizing about how I'll approach her, kiss her, and even have sex with her.
For context, I'm not a virgin, but the last time I had sex was 1.5 years ago.
I need proper guidance.
