Dude what? You're traveling. If you "mess up" with a woman you can have a fresh try at the next destination. And honestly, as long as you're not a pushy creep with a woman she's not gonna like tell her friends you were flirting with her. You can just start talking to another gal.

You only have like a few days at any place. Shoot your shot and see what happens. There are literally no stakes.

I’ve stayed in hostels before and befriended multiple girls in those too that told me stories. There’s a fuck ton of men that are creepy / can’t read the room when a girl isn’t interested / are pushy and annoying. Trust me, if you’re being respectful… no one will say anything and no one will care if you get rejected. And if they do… so what? Assuming you’re being respectful and fun, they’ll just think of you as the flirty guy. Not the weird one that keeps chasing pussy desperately. Plus… you’re traveling… the “no one knows me so I can do whatever and it won’t matter” applies 1000x.

Also, most people stay in a place for 2-4 days. So even if you stay for 3 months, you’re not gonna see the same people for long.

Hey bro, I wrote a post on the best ways to get laid while traveling. While I don't get into when to make the move (as that's not necessarily travel-related), I go over all the different methods that work best.

When it comes to making the move though, it's all about getting her isolated in a relatively platonic way. Whether that's inviting her to explore the city with you or even as direct as inviting her back to your private room "to talk" if you're getting the right signals from her (my buddy did this recently).

I don’t understand where you took those ideas.

When you travel you should exploit other dynamics:

talk and interact with every human being, be social, make friends. Every simple connection is an asset, even if temporary, it has the value to introduce you to new situations, opportunities and people
if you find someone interesting, you can use the warm approach and see where things go. You can’t start immediately with escalation. There aren’t signals, it’s just you interacting with them and, as far as they’re comfortable and interested, you proceed with isolation and then escalation.
if you’re out there alone, then you can go for cold approaches in bars or clubs.

The great advantage of traveling is that nobody knows you, so you don’t have much to lose and act a bit more adventurous (but still respecting others as well).
