How to distinguish real advices from fake ones?

You will never know until you apply it and find it out for yourself

One decent indicator is people saying they have gotten tangible results out of following advice

Ex : I was single till I met influencer x. After applying his whizbang method, I was able to get 2 dates a week

NOT something abstract like : This guy changed my life, He is my hero, wtc

99% of influencers/coaches are, statistically speaking, bullshit. Their goal is to sell exploiting desperation.

So, the usual rule of thumb is that when they promise to easily solve all your problems (getting laid, getting your ex back, get rich quickly, …) they most probably won’t.

On the other hand, there are books that somehow became bestsellers, so chances are that many people have read them and can evaluate their worth.

Also, books are 30-50x cheaper than any other influencer/coach and they mostly bring same knowledge. Some influencers they “wisdom” from these books rather than from experience.

Anything that's external and has you follow what someone else is doing instead of finding your core values, standards and program/plan for your life.

If it doesn't focus on who you are and instead the focus is what you do or your status and money or even putting on a funny hat or something. It's bullshit.

There's nothing wrong with you, you just have to accept it and be 💯 confident about it and make the game about you.

You find out by getting real world experience. There's no substitute for that. If you aren't trying out things in real life: you'll never know the difference between crap advice and amazing advice

Compare it with different sources and test these methods yourself. With seduction I would give some extra credit to the experienced advisors before you make a judgment. There are so many confusing misconceptions and blatantly wrong viewpoints that are popular in mainstream discourse, you can easily discredit valuable advices because they sound ridiculous for people that got knowledge from romantic comedies and their mother's opinions.

You mean like the ones that work or the ones that don’t? There’s no way of knowing unless you try it.

But I think advices are pretty much generic when it comes to general situations. Nothing wrong with that. Just look at reddit subs on relationship advices, typically just: breakup with him/her, or divorce him/her haha. But people forget that humans are not machines or computers, it’s not like “oh if you say this, then she will say this.” Yeah if it’s scripted. But every individual is different, there will be good responses but there will be pushbacks too.

Another thing to consider is when it comes to a specific situation. It always depends on the perspective of the guy but people are most likely subjective. I once got a dm from a guy here telling me that this girl showed interests yadda yadda, so I assumed what he said was true. After giving him my advices/opinions back and forth I kinda ask him to show me her texts/feedbacks.

After I read them I was like “fuck why did I get into this in the first place?” Turned out she clearly has no interests on him, no matter what he did or said it’s not gonna matter. This is why I think it’s good for this sub that specific situations are not allowed because we were not there to watch the interaction and most info being told are tweaked or subjective.
