Way to be well if not overly prepared. I think you’ll find when you get to court they won’t care about a lot of that stuff sadly enough. I always explain it like this… unless there are allegations about the safety and well being of a child they aren’t getting involved. And even then most of the time it’s sending someone out to go to the homes and check things out. They don’t have time for Jerry Springer drama in court. They trying to knock out as many cases as possible daily. And still don’t have the time.

eh, probably was a long shot that at a temp orders hearing you would have time to present all witnesses

Also I question your lawyer saying that your mom and dad would provide unimpeachable testimony

I think you should probably take your negotiation in the courthouse rather than do a full hour hearing before a judge.

All you can do is your best... my temp orders was every other weekend and midweek overnight... it was a rough road, but have 4 of 6 kids 50/50 and the other 2 100%.

Model what you want your kids to do when there is adversity... adapt and overcome.
