Yes, men are oppressing women, which is why they are doing on average in almost all Human Development indicators and also the reason why women have so many extra social and systemic initiatives to help them .

Even with my male friends, we've almost never talked about girls or women, unless of course someone has a girlfriend they're talking about.

I don't mean to be sexist or anything, but women on average talk way more about men than the other way around. You can see this in any group related to women, "men are this", "men do this", "men think like this" etc. I've rarely seen guys obsess as much over woman except for sex and relationships.

A lot of this so called "gender war" is just a figment of imagination of mainly feminists and women who espouse or sympathize with their beliefs. Even if men are competitive or comparing themselves, they mainly do it to other men.

Some of the posts there are so wacko crazy that I can't help but wonder if they're troll posts made up by guys to see how they'll respond (and to stir the shit obviously). For example, search in twox for "Many women don't work physically demanding or risky jobs because these jobs are designed based on what an average or fit man can do" which explains why women don't work in construction: the cement bags are too heavy. It's amazing how they can twist anything around and make it the fault of the so called patriarchy.

To be utterly fair. Men often ARE misandrists, or spew misandrist rhetoric. But note that male on male misandry is painted as another way in which men are somehow inherently flawed and "bad," whereas when feminists talk about "internalized misognyny" it is something they are a victim of, and it is spoken of with empathy and even sympathy.

Men holding misandrist opinions is due to men just being inherently shitty cuz men.

Women holding misogynistic opinions is due to, you guessed it, also men.
