Unless you look completely different, its fine. But otherwise it seems like a fantastic idea to start a potential relationship with deception and lies.

Never lie about your age in your profile. Not even by one year. If it asks for a specific age, list the exact age. It's one of the most easily verifiable facts about you and would start you off in a very negative light as an untrustworthy partner if you lie.

Also be honest and list your proper height as well for peace of mind. Don't list 5'9 if your drivers license says 5'8. I'm 5'11 and any woman could Google me and see old recruiting links from when I was a school athlete and it says 5'11, along with my DL. Don't lie.

With photos, there could be some leeway. But 4 to 5+ years? C'mon. You can take a new set of photos.

It's controversial, but coming from another guy who never has good photos of himself, you could consider using AI to generate photos

I disagree with anyone saying anything over two years is ok. You may think you havent changed, but that’s cause you see yourself everyday and outside observers can tell.

You dont want their first impression to be of disappointment, if anything you want them to think “oh, cuter in person.”
