Can the court make someone take a disability test? The situation . . . the STBX . . .

  1. has not worked a FT job in 7 years (length of marriage) but parades around trying to make money on YouTube.

  2. The last time she had a FT job, she had to take FMLA and go to an out patient program due to the stress level . . she worked at the mall bro.

  3. If you listen to her talk . .she frequently says "my brain is so foggy", "i need a break (from me and from my child)". and she will often talk about anxiety, PTSD, and has struggled with depression. I often come home early to finish up from the office and she's sleep. AGAIN - napping from 12p to 4p and then back in bed by 8:30pm.

I'm not bullshitting - i honestly cannot remember the last time she woke up and got dressed five days in a row.

She is not a SAHM - my daughter is in full time daycare and has been for 2/3 of her life. the other 1/3 was me WFH with the baby

All that to say (just the tip of the iceberg) - can the court test her for a mental disability?
