I made 100% of the income for the 7 years of my marriage. My soon to be ex-spouse made 0% but has worked every year at trying to start a business. She works on it so much that she does not have time for me after I'm off of work & her efforts in the business are why our daughter is in daycare instead of at home.

As divorce talks have progressed, she's suddenly transformed back into saying that she is a stay at home wife and mom (both are lies) and said she needs a financial base. FYI, the last time she held a job, she was in an outpatient program because of the stress.

well, this pisses me off and my initial reaction is to push for full custody given that she cannot support herself (avoiding child support [hopefully] and having less net income to be used for alimony).

would the court look poorly at this thought process? to top it all off, in my daughters 3 years of life, her mother has NEVER cared for her for, not even, TWO consecutive days without my help or having her sent to the day care on back up - i do not believe she will be fit for any portion of custody.
