Hi,

what can i do to stop the STBX from delaying the advancement of the divorce

*Going on 5 months since I asked her for a divorce - still NO JOB

*Lease expiring in August - she has no JOB to qualify for a fucking apartment

I've told her repeatedly, YOU HAVE NO LEGAL PROTECTION without a court order; and that I'm not obligated to do anything once the current lease expires - which just means I'll be sending her to SECTION 8 housing or worse because I cannot afford double rent. What can I do to light a fire under her and/or protect myself?! She claims to be a SAHM (false, child in FT daycare) and a SAHW (false - you should see my own list of non-financial contributions to the home).
