UPDATE : we went for a movie, had a dinner first. We did hand holding and cuddled a bit since movie was interesting and funny but yes since we were cuddling I did touch between thigh and arms. Also silently told her if she feels uncomfortable she can move my hand (Thank god I didn’t made her uncomfortable ) we both enjoyed. After the movie dropped her, at her apartment in cab we got more touchy and involved. Don't think about "going for the kiss". You should create proper atmoshpere and elevate the energy first, get into positive vibe, stay close to her, look her deep in the eyes, smile, implement some light casual touch, slightly touch sexual or attraction aspect in your conversation.
