Also , the justice system in india is shit - it takes very little or a mountain and then some to convict people depending on the judge , it aint consistent at all - so , the death penalty'd be a pretty shit thing to vie for

I would like to point out that some male minors do know what they are doing and if they commit a serious shocking crime, they should be considered for capital punishment. Women getting raped is a serious issue in India with lots of such occurrences.
