What is the top 1% of men that red pills talk about so much?

I recently started thinking about the top 1% of men and who they were. How many likes do they have to get to be considered this or what kind of job do they need to have? I'm 6'1, blonde hair with blue eyes, I'm college educated and my job pays me above the average for the city that I live in, I average between 20-25 likes a day, is this the 1% or top 10%. How do you know where someone falls?
