There lives a lady below my flat I.e Ground floor . She, although puts on Vermilion , seems separated relationshipwise. There is a pattern that i consistently noticed since 2 months : whenever she gets to know my presence/arrival ( through sound of my bike), she comes out of her room ( to see me<- this is my interpretation). She makes an eye contact for a monent, and then she lowers her gaze to show indifference.

Because of these cues, I tried to talk to her many a times in attempt to rizz her and tease her, but to no avail. One day I even asked her phone number on some pretext which she denied. One thing I should make clear is that I want to have hook up with her, obviously I am not looking for relationship with her.

So all it boils down to a single question:

Is she interested in me ? If yes, why is she playing "hard to get" And if not, what is this all consistent cues meant about? And how should be my course of action?
